VALYN'S FRUIT COBBLER
Begin by warming 3 cups fresh fruit with 1 tsp. vanilla on stove top.
If fresh fruit is not available, combine 1 can fruit filling and 1 bag frozen fruit with
the vanilla and warm
Combine the following dry ingredients and stir together.
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups fruit
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 sugar (sprinkled on top)
Melt 1 stick of butter. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir
in 3/4 cup milk.
Pour into your favorite cobbler dish.
Pour the warmed fruit on the top of the batter.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon or nutmeg depending on choice of fruit.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
