SUE’S FROSTED FUDGE BROWNIES

1 cup butter or margarine 4 eggs (if small use 5)
2 cups sugar 12 tsp. cocoa
1 ½ tsp. vanilla 1 cup flour
1 ½ cup nuts, chopped

Cream margarine, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Stir in chocolate, flour and nuts.
Bake in well greased oblong cake pan at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Don’t get too
dry when baking.

COCOA FROSTING

1 lb. Powdered sugar ¼ tsp. salt
1/3 cup soft butter 1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup cocoa 2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and beat 1 minute with an electric mixer or 2 to 4 minutes by hand
with a wooden spoon. Makes about 1 ¾ cups or enough for an 8 inch layer cake.
