 | 1 c. chopped onions |
 | 1-2 clovrs garlic, minced |
 | 4 tblsp. olive oil |
 | 1 lb. Chourico (Hot Portuguese Sausage) |
 | 2 cans fava beans |
 | Salt & Pepper to taste |
- Prick sausage and pre-cook to release fat,
- Peel sausage skin and grind,
- While sausage is cooking, brown onions & garlic in olive oil,
- Add sausage & beans to onions and garlic,
- Simmer until well heated
- If results are too dry, add water and reheat
