bullet1 c. chopped onions
bullet1-2 clovrs garlic, minced
bullet4 tblsp. olive oil
bullet1 lb. Chourico (Hot Portuguese Sausage)
bullet2 cans fava beans
bulletSalt & Pepper to taste
  1. Prick sausage and pre-cook to release fat,
  2. Peel sausage skin and grind,
  3. While sausage is cooking, brown onions & garlic in olive oil,
  4. Add sausage & beans to onions and garlic,
  5. Simmer until well heated
  6. If results are too dry, add water and reheat
