DEBRA's SALSA

Debra and her husband Steve grow an abundant annual garden in the Mojave desert.  Debra uses her imagination and their fresh vegetables and herbs to create this wonderful salsa.

Skin tomatoes then chopped them
Red, green, yellow peppers, chopped
fresh garlic
green onions, chopped
fresh cilantro, chopped
salt & pepper
Fresh parsley

Roast peppers to burn the skins (do not wash them). Remove skins and scrape out seeds,
Reserve a few seeds. The more you add the hotter the salsa will become.
Throw everything into the blender. Garnish with chopped onions.
You can create variations such as adding jalepenos, onions. Experiment and enjoy!
