JOAN'S CHILE RELLENO
This is a Chile Reno casserole. I serve this as a traditional Christmas
brunch along with
Valyn's Fruit Cobbler. Both are excellent! Great for family and friend get togethers.
1/2 cup margarine
1 7 ounce can diced green chilies (whole) roasted
1 lb. jack cheese or cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 cup biscuit mix
Melt margarine. Mix with green chilies. Spread into pan and cover with
cheese.
Mix eggs, salt, milk, and biscuit. Pour over cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350.
