AUNT BLANCHE'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE

2 or 3 cans peeled tomatoes
1 can tomato paste per can of tomatoes
diced garlic
3 or 4 Tbsp. olive oil
pork ribs
lamb ribs
1 lb. hamburger
salt & pepper
oregano
bay leaf

In large pan brown diced garlic in oil. Place meat in pan and brown thoroughly.
Remove meat. Place peeled tomatoes and paste in pan with meat juices.
Put cans of water in same amount as tomato paste (Fill tomato paste cans with water).
Simmer for 1 hour and a 1/2. Return meat to pan and simmer covered for 2 hours.
Remove cover as desired to thicken. Ski off fat and serve.
