MOM'S WONTONS

ground pork
green onions (cut up fine)
soy sauce and ginger to taste
1 tsp. accent
salt & pepper

Beat up raw egg and add. Save enough to dip skins in. Place 1 tablespoon pork mixture
onto wonton wrapper just off center.
Fold 3 corners into middle over wonton filling and twist remaining wrapper into tail.
Deep fry in peanut oil. WONDERFUL!
