TERIYAKI STEAK

sirloin tip roast
1 cup soy sauce
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup water
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. ginger

Cut roast into thin slices. Combine all ingredients and marinate meat for 4 hours.
Barbecue over charcoal until done as desired.
